Job summary

Viridien is seeking a Project Manager to lead a portfolio of projects from initiation through completion within our Houston team. You will drive delivery, manage budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications, partnering with engineering, finance, and operations to align with business objectives.

The role emphasizes governance, cross‑functional collaboration, and continuous improvement, with a hybrid work model and opportunities to influence strategic projects across global operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• 1–5 years of project management experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Experience supporting or managing project budgets with strong analytical skills.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across diverse regions with clear stakeholder communication.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for multiple priorities and data quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Project; Jira; EPIC Supply Chain System is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple mid-level projects through the project lifecycle, ensuring delivery aligned with objectives, scope, budget, schedule, and quality.
• Develop and maintain charters, plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers; monitor financial performance and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain stakeholder communication; proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues.
• Lead cross-functional project teams with clear task ownership; monitor performance, track KPIs, and provide status updates.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment across engineering, finance, and operations; manage risks and dependencies.
• Manage project changes and governance; maintain PMO records, SharePoint docs, and portfolio dashboards.
