Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a Senior Director of Delivery Project Management to lead a client-facing PMO delivering complex engagements across cross-functional teams.

The role partners with account management, operations, technology, and senior stakeholders to ensure governance, value realization, and continuous improvement, including responsible AI adoption and data-driven decision making. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Healthcare Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 10+ years leading complex, cross-functional project or program delivery.
• Experience in healthcare, supply chain, consulting, or technology-enabled services.
• 5+ years coaching and developing project management teams.
• Proven record of client-facing initiatives with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing project portfolios and resource allocation.
• PMI PMP/Agile/Lean Six Sigma or similar certification desired.
• Strong business acumen and risk management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Experience integrating AI into business strategy and ensuring responsible AI.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

• Lead delivery project management organization with clear priorities and accountability.
• Coach leaders and team members; support growth.
• Guide organizational change and adoption of new tools.
• Partner with senior client stakeholders to align delivery with priorities.
