Job summary

Florence Healthcare in Atlanta is seeking a strategic platform leader to own the vision and architecture of our integrated Sponsor-Site SaaS platform. You will align product, engineering, sales, and customer success to accelerate trials and scale a growing ecosystem.

You will steer data strategy, APIs, AI capabilities, and regulatory compliance (21 CFR Part 11) while delivering measurable platform ARR and retention.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in clinical trial operations or clinical technologies.
• 8+ years managing B2B SaaS portfolios with 3+ years leading product teams.
• Experience delivering AI within regulated software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define platform vision and architecture for Sponsor and Site applications.
• Drive ARR growth, cross-product attachment, and partner strategies.
• Lead cross-functional teams with executive-level communication.
