Qualifications
- 8+ years in B2B SaaS product management, incl. 2+ years leading PMs.
- Own portfolio with clear accountability for growth/retention/revenue.
- Proven track record of developing PMs and aligning with stakeholders.
- Experience with product strategy, releases, and AI-enabled development.
- Evolve internal practices, tooling, and planning cycles.
- Strong analytics, OKRs, and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Define long-term vision and strategy for the portfolio.
- Build and manage portfolio roadmap with prioritization based on impact.
- Track market trends, competitive dynamics, and regulatory context.
- Represent voice of customer at the portfolio level.
- Own business outcomes: growth, adoption, retention, revenue.
- Mentor PMs and guide decision-making under ambiguity.
- Coordinate with Design, Engineering, QA, and GTM functions.
- Establish planning, development, and release rhythms.
