Job summary

Geniuslink is seeking a Manager, Platform Engineering to lead a team responsible for the systems, tooling, and processes powering our internal platform. You will ensure engineers can ship quickly, safely, and with confidence.

You will design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, own CI/CD pipelines, implement infrastructure-as-code with Terraform, and enhance observability. This remote role offers a competitive salary and benefits, with core hours aligned to PST/PDT.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of public cloud infrastructure experience in production.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems.
• Hands-on with infrastructure-as-code (Terraform).
• Experience building and evolving CI/CD pipelines for reliable production systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure across providers.
• Own and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines for safe deployments.
• Implement and maintain infrastructure-as-code to standardize environments.
• Lead incident response, root cause analysis, and postmortems.
• Drive platform reliability, security, and cost optimization.
