Job summary

Link Snacks is seeking an experienced Site Reliability & Engineering Manager for the Minong facility. You will lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant operations and strong asset performance.

Responsibilities include developing a reliability strategy, expanding predictive maintenance, and coordinating with Corporate Engineering on capital projects. A relocation package and bonus potential are offered.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in maintenance or reliability leadership.
• Experience with RCM, TPM, CMMS, and asset management.
• Food manufacturing or regulated environment experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, reliability, and engineering teams to ensure safe, compliant operations.
• Develop and execute reliability strategy to improve uptime and total cost of ownership.
• Own CMMS processes: work orders, planning, scheduling, and documentation (Somax).
• Partner with Corporate Engineering on capital projects, commissioning, and startup readiness.
• Drive safety, food safety, and continuous improvement across the plant.
