Link Snacks is seeking a Reliability Engineer to improve asset reliability, food safety, and lifecycle management across the Perry facility. You will lead failure elimination, root cause investigations, and preventive maintenance optimization while collaborating with Operations, Maintenance, Controls, FSQ, Sanitation, and Operational Excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Reliability Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 3+ years manufacturing reliability experience.
• Experience with industrial production equipment.
• Experience leading root cause investigations.
• Experience with PM optimization.
• FMEA and Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM).
• Asset Criticality Analysis.
• CMMS systems familiarity.
• Knowledge of reliability metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead asset reliability management for critical manufacturing assets.
• Drive failure elimination through RCA, FMEA, and structured problem-solving.
• Develop risk-based maintenance strategies based on asset criticality.
• Partner with FSQ to maintain equipment-based FSQ prevention programs.
• Support startup excellence and effectiveness in maintenance operations.
• Analyze reliability data and drive KPI improvements (MTBF, MTTR).
