Job summary

CoreWeave is seeking a seasoned leader to build and scale the Physical AI Field Engineering practice in your region. You will combine people leadership with deep technical judgment to ensure repeatable, high‑value customer engagements across automotive, robotics, aerospace, and industrial engineering sectors.

You will guide data exploration, model development, deployment, and adoption while shaping the strategy with executive stakeholders and account teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in CS, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in technical consulting, field engineering, or related customer-facing roles.
• 5+ years leading and developing technical teams in fast-paced environments.
• Sufficient technical depth in AI/ML applied to physical systems or engineering workflows.
• Experience partnering with Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Field Engineering.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for technical, executive, and customer audiences.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the operating model for Physical AI Field Engineering in your region.
• Lead a team of Specialist Field Engineers and Forward Deployed staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Set the technical and delivery bar for customer engagements grounded in engineering criteria.
• Partner with strategic customers and executives to align priorities and maintain confidence.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Product, Engineering and Platform teams to qualify opportunities.
• Establish scalable engagement patterns, onboarding, enablement, and knowledge sharing.
