Prevail is seeking a Head of Philanthropy to lead a growing team and act as a key advisor on high-priority projects. You will guide donor relationships, strategy, and program execution, while mentoring junior team members and coordinating cross-functional work.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience, with multiple years in management or leadership roles.
• Demonstrated ability to manage donor relationships and philanthropic programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the philanthropy team as a thought partner and mentor to direct reports.
• Develop strategy, OKRs, and oversee budget, headcount, and resourcing.
• Drive donor engagement, fund development, and cross-team collaboration.
• Oversee hiring, interviews, and onboarding for philanthropy roles.
• Serve as a central communications hub for the team and external partners.
