Job summary

Prevail Fund is seeking a seasoned Philanthropy Team Captain to lead our growing philanthropy group, partner with Andrew, and mentor the team. You will shape strategy, OKRs, budgeting, and talent development, while acting as a liaison with donors and partners to expand social impact.

The role is fully remote with an ideal location on US Eastern Time, overseeing hiring, team design, and expansion to new funds and projects. Strong leadership and collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years in management or leadership roles in philanthropy or global development.
• Strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and complex programs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Philanthropy Team, be a thought partner to Andrew, and mentor direct reports.
• Own strategy, OKRs, budgeting, and headcount planning for the philanthropy function.
• Oversee hiring processes and talent development for multiple project launches.
• Act as communication hub within Prevail and with external donors and partners.
• Drive high-priority projects and ensure execution with impact.
