Job summary

MoneyLion is seeking a senior product leader to own the personalization engine and its roadmap. You will define how behavioral, financial, and engagement data power personalized recommendations and experiences.

You will partner with data science and engineering to mature ML-driven personalization, establish measurement frameworks, and drive experiments across the engagement feed, channels, and lifecycle campaigns. You will lead cross-functional teams and influence multiple domains.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience.
• Lead or senior PM experience owning a significant product area.
• Track record building personalization, recommendation, feed-based, or ML-driven products at consumer scale.
• First-principles and customer-first thinking.
• Experience with data science and ML engineering teams to ship model-driven experiences.
• Strong cross-functional influence and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Fintech/consumer app experience; CRM/lifecycle familiarity preferred.
• SQL proficiency and analytics tooling familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for MoneyLion's personalization engine.
• Define data usage for personalized recommendations and experiences.
• Partner with data science and engineering to mature ML-driven personalization.
• Establish measurement frameworks for quality, coverage, and impact.
• Own engagement feed: ranking, content strategy, and engagement mechanics.
• Drive experiments across feed, design, and calls to action.
• Coordinate with Membership, PFM, Credit, and other domains.
• Connect personalization to push, email, and in-app messaging, and lifecycle campaigns.
• Align priorities across domains and represent them in roadmaps and reviews.
• Build and develop the team over time.
