Job summary

Gen Digital Inc. is seeking a hands-on product design leader to support the MoneyLion brand and shape the next chapter of its digital product experience.

In this role, you'll balance meaningful individual contribution with day-to-day leadership designing experiences for MoneyLion app features, with a growing focus on the MoneyLion web experience, while guiding designers in our global offices. You'll oversee and contribute to the execution of existing products and features, partnering closely

Qualifications

• Senior level product design with a track record of shipping.
• Experience leading or mentoring designers across time zones.
• Deep Figma proficiency, including design systems, components, and tokens.
• Fluent with AI tools (Claude) and curious about internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on design work on the MoneyLion app features, with a closer eye on MoneyLion web.
• Day to day oversight of designers across three regions, including reviews and critique.
• Coaching junior designers to improve execution quality and consistency.
• Driving MLDS 4.0 adoption across product teams and alignment with build.
• Ensuring designers have resources, clarity, and context to deliver.
• Partnering with product and engineering on delivery, scope, and quality.
