Job summary

Gen is seeking a Director of Product, Personalization, to own the personalization platform and engagement feed across MoneyLion’s consumer products. You will lead ML-driven, cross-functional initiatives that connect data, product, and customer relationships, moving users toward deeper, more valuable engagement.

You will collaborate with data science, lifecycle, and engineering teams to ship model-driven experiences, define success metrics, and scale personalization across the MoneyLion ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Must have 7+ years of product management experience with at least 2 years in a lead or senior PM role.
• Proven track record building personalization, recommendation, feed-based, or ML-driven products at consumer scale.
• Strong first-principles and customer-first thinking with both qualitative and quantitative data skills.
• Experience with data science and ML engineering teams to ship model-driven product experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own MoneyLion's personalization platform, including signal ingestion, ranking logic, and real-time decisioning.
• Own the personalized engagement feed and define ranking logic, content strategy, and CTAs.
• Drive experimentation and measure impact on engagement, retention, and monetization.
• Coordinate across product domains to align lifecycle communications with personalization signals.
