You will partner with analytics, CRM, media, eCommerce, IT, and other teams to deliver personalized experiences and maintain the personalization engine.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, machine learning or related field required
• Master’s or PhD preferred

Responsibilities

• Directly manage & develop a small team of data scientists
• Participate in goal & objective setting
• Create plans & strategies to achieve goals within budget
• Maintain and enhance proprietary personalization engine
• Maintain backlog of feature enhancements for personalized experiences
• Ensure proper operation of all personalized offers & audiences
• Proactively find new opportunities to personalize using customer interaction data
• Lead test & learn capabilities for customer level tests
• Measure and report on outcomes from personalization activities
• Ensure alignment with partners for upcoming personalization activities
• Complete offer/campaign submission and shepherd through setup
• Complete mandatory tasks as a people manager
