Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Digital Technology, Marketing Technology, or a related field is required.
• 7+ years in software engineering, personalization technology, digital experience engineering, marketing technology, or related discipline.
• 2+ years of technical leadership, team leadership, or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering capabilities to transform customer data into personalized experiences across digital channels.
• Establish reusable services, APIs, integrations, and patterns to accelerate journey development and activation.
• Coordinate with Product, Marketing, Data, Analytics, Architecture, Privacy, and Security teams to modernize the experience technology landscape.
• Provide guidance and develop engineering teams, including mentoring engineers and technical leads.
