Job summary

Genentech in California seeks a Senior Omnichannel Solution Architect to design scalable, business-driven solutions that enable omnichannel engagement and orchestration across CRM, CDPs, and activation platforms. You will shape an integrated ecosystem around Adobe Experience Platform and ensure alignment with data strategy, privacy, and governance.

This on-site role requires defining end-to-end architecture, data models, identity, and real-time segmentation to support personalized experiences

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, CDPs, or omnichannel ecosystems.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience designing customer data, identity, integration, and activation architectures across CRM, CDPs, and engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end omnichannel architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.
• Establish customer data models, identity frameworks, integration patterns, and architecture best practices.
• Define and manage non-functional requirements including performance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• Identify architecture risks, dependencies, and technical debt.
• Design integrations across CRM, MDM, consent platforms, web/mobile event data, analytics solutions, and enterprise systems.
• Enable unified customer profiles, identity resolution, audience segmentation, and personalization.
• Architect and guide implementation of Adobe RT-CDP, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
• Enable real-time segmentation, journey orchestration, web personalization, social activation, and multi-channel engagement.
• Establish reusable audience and journey frameworks that scale across markets.
• Define omnichannel architecture roadmap and evaluate emerging technologies.
• Provide architectural guidance across product and delivery teams.
• Communicate complex concepts to business and technical stakeholders.
