Job summary
Academy Sports + Outdoors seeks a senior engineering leader to drive personalization and customer experiences across digital channels. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required.
- 7+ years in software engineering or digital experience tech.
- 2+ years in technical leadership or people management.
- Experience leading enterprise customer experience projects.
- Certifications in Adobe Experience Cloud or related tech are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering capabilities to transform customer data into personalized experiences.
- Drive scalable personalization, journey orchestration, and experimentation across channels.
- Establish reusable services, APIs, and integrations for Adobe Experience Cloud.
- Guide platform strategy, reliability, performance, and operational readiness.
