Job summary

Realtor.com® seeks a Director of Personalization & CRM Marketing Operations to lead our CRM and personalization ecosystem, focusing on Braze and Cordial, with a new CDP in development. You will bridge Marketing, Product, and Engineering, guiding migrations and an AI-driven decisioning pilot.

You will drive the Ops team’s AI transformation, remove blockers, and report CRM health in executive reviews while accelerating campaign delivery across Braze, Cordial, Segment Engage, and Snowflake.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in CRM or marketing operations.
• Deep hands-on expertise with Braze and Cordial.
• Experience leading a CRM ops team at scale and migrations.
• Strong Agile/Scrum leadership and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Scrum processes across multiple CRM teams to ensure velocity and quality.
• Lead AI transformation and lifecycle of AI decisioning initiatives.
• Represent CRM Operations in executive reviews and align with Product, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Mentor and direct CRM ops developers, engineers, and Product Owners.
