Rho Nutrition is seeking a hands-on Head of Performance Video to lead our video editing department, manage editors, and personally edit high-impact performance ads. You will own the editing pipeline from briefs to final delivery, ensure quality, and collaborate with Creative and Growth on strategy and testing objectives to maximize ROAS.

Formación

• Experience editing performance video for consumer brands or agencies.
• Proven ability to manage and develop video editors.
• Strong understanding of direct-response storytelling and social ads.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the video editing team, set expectations and provide feedback.
• Personally edit priority ads from raw footage to final delivery.
• Oversee editing workflow from brief to delivery and ensure alignment with strategy.
• Collaborate with Design on typography, composition, and motion standards.
• Drive performance learnings into future edits and campaigns.
