Scaling.com seeks a hands-on Creative Video Specialist to craft high-performance paid-social videos from strong ideas and source material. You will own editing, composition, and the narrative in line with our premium editorial style.

Using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, you will assemble footage, voiceover, and motion graphics into persuasive assets that build trust and drive action, while ensuring accuracy and traceability of sources for performance-driven campaigns.

• Proven direct-response paid-social video at scale with measurable results.
• Strong integrity, accountability and collaborative spirit.
• Ability to translate research and founder-led thought leadership into premium video assets.

Responsibilities

• Turn strong ideas into finished paid-social video assets that convert.
• Own the creative translation across footage, voiceover, motion graphics, and typography.
• Edit in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; deliver organized, source-traceable projects.
• Collaborate with brand leads and editors to refine angles based on performance.
