O’Connell Digital Media Group is seeking a talented direct response video editor and static designer for paid media ads. You’ll work remotely in a fast-paced, data-driven team to craft high-ROAS ads across social platforms, from script to final cut, with AI-enabled tools and ongoing coaching.

You’ll edit multiple new ads weekly for performance campaigns, ensuring hooks, storytelling, and precise on‑spec delivery.

Formación

• Experience editing direct-response video ads for paid social or YouTube with real spend.
• High-volume agency or fast-scaling in-house experience.
• Proficiency with AI in edits.
• Strong understanding of hooks and ad structure.

Responsabilidades

• Take the strategist’s brief and deliver a finished ad on time, on spec, and on quality.
• Build thumb-stopping openers for each brief and test variations.
• Choose B-roll, on-screen text, graphics, music and sound design to fit the ad goal.
• Create AI assets when the brief calls for digital twins or cloned voices.
• Deliver a fully dialed-in cut with captions, graphics and sound.
• Incorporate revisions quickly based on strategist feedback.
