Job summary

Valtech, the experience innovation company, seeks a Lead, Performance Media to own the strategic direction, quality, and growth of paid media across a portfolio of complex client engagements. Qualifications

• 8 to 10 years of experience in digital and performance media planning and buying.
• Deep omnichannel expertise across paid channels and offline integration.
• Proven leadership of media teams and multi-client budgets.
• Excellent client facing senior-level presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for performance media across client portfolios.
• Oversee activation, optimization, and budget pacing with governance.
• Lead AI-driven planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling.
• Present strategy and performance to clients and leadership.
