Valtech is seeking a Lead, Performance Media in the United States to drive omnichannel media strategy, activation, and measurement for a portfolio of clients. Reporting to the Media Director, you will manage senior leaders, guide cross-functional teams, and push AI-enabled approaches to improve efficiency, insights, and outcomes.

The role requires 8–10 years in digital/performance media, strong leadership, and experience guiding client narratives at the executive level.

Qualifications

8–10 years of experience in digital and performance media planning and buying in an omnichannel agency/consultancy.
Proven experience mentoring and growing media teams with multi-client ownership.
Experience with AI-enabled planning, measurement, and optimization is valued.

Responsabilités

Set the strategic direction for performance media across client portfolios and channels.
Lead activation, optimization, and budget pacing across accounts with governance.
Champion AI-enabled tools and automation within media workflows while ensuring quality controls.
Lead, develop, and coach a team of Senior Performance Media Managers and junior planners/buyers.
