Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or closely related field.
• Master's degree preferred (MBA/MS).
• 7+ years of leadership experience in healthcare.
• 5+ years of change management and performance improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Performance Improvement Office and deploy strategic/operational plans.
• Partner with Executive Team to set annual goals and 90-day priorities.
• Develop and maintain business case processes and project portfolio.
• Establish performance measurement systems and scorecards.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives across clinical and support departments.
• Provide project and change management support to leaders.
• Oversee department budget and monitor financial performance.
