Wpromote is seeking a Director of Paid Social to lead full-funnel paid social strategy, execution, optimization, and measurement for a portfolio of high-growth clients. You will mentor teams, drive AI-enabled workflows, and collaborate across creative, analytics, and programmatic teams to deliver measurable business results.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment, with remote-friendly options and office hubs in LA, Chicago, and New York.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in paid media, with deep expertise in paid social strategy and client leadership.
• Hands-on experience across Meta and TikTok; experience with six- to seven-figure monthly budgets.
• Experience supporting ecommerce/CPG brands in fast-paced environments.
• Full-funnel paid social experience across awareness, consideration, conversion, and retention.
• Knowledge of advanced measurement approaches (incrementality, MMM, lift studies).
• Strong communication, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead paid social strategy across a portfolio of client accounts, including planning, execution, optimization, testing, measurement, and performance storytelling.
• Serve as a senior paid social partner to clients, guiding strategic conversations and growth planning.
• Develop full‑funnel paid social strategies across multiple stages and lift analyses.
• Manage multi‑hundred-thousand to seven-figure monthly media budgets across ecommerce/CPG/retail accounts.
• Oversee platform execution (Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Reddit, X) and hands‑on optimization.
