You will curate and develop builder-coaches who build and manage AI systems. With a heavy international footprint—50% of our workforce in Europe and contractors worldwide—you’ll unite teams across cultures, translate business goals into people

Qualifikationen

• Autodidact for markets with ability to recruit and develop specialized personnel.
• Growth-stage tech experience; translate business goals into people strategies.
• Experience leading international teams across diverse cultures.
• Experience evaluating and integrating teams via acquihires or small acquisitions.
