You will shape performance, development, and compensation strategies, partnering with the founders to guide equity, leveling, and progression across a fast-growing organization. You’ll recruit and close high-impact G&A, growth, and marketing roles, while building a robust onboarding and employee experience function alongside our internal talent team.
