Job summary

AtlasBase in South San Francisco is seeking a Head of HR to lead the People function as we scale rapidly. You will partner with the executive team to build the organizational architecture, talent engine, and culture necessary to support our high-growth trajectory.

You will be a hands-on player-coach balancing long-term strategy with daily HR execution, guiding organizational design, Total Rewards, talent acquisition, onboarding, and culture across remote and hybrid teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive HR/People experience with at least 7+ years in senior People leadership in venture-backed, high-growth tech.
• Deep understanding of tech talent markets, startup equity structures, and modern HR tech stacks.
• Ability to think long-term about organizational health while executing daily tasks.
• Data-driven with People metrics to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the AtlasBase People strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design scalable organizational structures, reporting, and accountability.
• Coach managers and executives on team health, performance, and leadership.
• Lead Total Rewards, benefits architecture, incentives, and company culture initiatives.
• Oversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and onboarding processes to integrate culture.
