Veritext LLC is seeking a seasoned Director, People Partners to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving organizational effectiveness, leader development, culture, and a high-performing workforce in a hybrid environment.

You'll lead a team of People Partners, shape talent strategy, leverage data insights, and partner across Talent Acquisition, People Operations, and L&D to deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of HR, People Partner, or related experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Deep expertise in employee relations and performance management.
• Strong business acumen with data-driven insights.

Responsibilities

• Drive people strategies that support business objectives and growth.
• Coach leaders on organizational design and performance management.
• Lead a team of People Partners and ensure cross-functional collaboration.
• Use workforce data to guide decisions and measure impact of initiatives.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, People Operations, L&D, and business leaders to enhance the employee lifecycle.
• Support acquisitions and integrations, helping new team members adapt to Veritext culture.
• Champion inclusion and a high-performing hybrid work environment.
• Lead strategic People projects and change initiatives to boost organizational effectiveness.
