Job summary

Tekmetric, a cloud-based software company for auto repair shops, seeks a Director of People Operations in the United States. You will own the operational backbone of the People function, including total rewards, HR systems, compliance, and workforce analytics, partnering with Finance and the VP of People & Culture.

You’ll lead a high-growth HR team, build scalable processes, and drive people programs across multi-state and international teams, while shaping Tekmetric’s culture and people

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience leading an HR/People team in a high-growth SaaS company.
• Ability to scale headcount 40–60% YoY.
• Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, performance, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own total rewards, HR systems, compliance, analytics, and Finance partnership.
• Build scalable processes and AI-enabled workflows to support growth across multi-state and international teams.
• Lead the People team and partner with the VP of People & Culture on evolving programs and operating model.
• Collaborate across the organization to drive people initiatives that enable fast, high-quality execution.
