Job summary

Strongpoint Partners is a tech-enabled retirement services platform that serves small- to mid-sized businesses with integrated HR solutions. The People Team Business Partner role collaborates with the CPO to build and scale the People function, overseeing benefits administration, employee relations, HRIS, compliance, and systems that support the employee lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive HR leadership experience with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead in a decentralized, multi-entity environment.
• Strong change management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: align HR strategy with business objectives and KPIs; advise senior leaders; support workforce planning and organizational development.
• M&A Integration & Culture Stewardship: lead due diligence on talent and culture; coordinate integration plans across entities; preserve collaborative culture.
• Talent & Culture: drive employee engagement, belonging, recognition, and retention; oversee onboarding, retention, and succession planning; advance DEI initiatives.
• Operations & Compliance: guide HR operations (benefits, compensation, compliance, HRIS); standardize policies across multiple sites; drive automation and analytics.
