Qualifications

• Significant progressive People/HR leadership experience including leading broad People Operations, Employee Experience, HR Operations, or HR transformation.
• Depth in Talent Management, Learning & Development, leadership development, manager enablement, succession planning or workforce capability building.
• Experience with HR technology, people analytics, workflow automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled HR practices.
• Experience redesigning operating models, simplifying processes, and building scalable systems.
• Ability to lead through senior functional leaders, set direction, and build leadership capability.
• Strong executive partnership skills, connecting People investments to business outcomes, productivity, risk, and ROI.
• Change leadership experience in a complex, global, PE-backed, technology, or transformation-oriented environment.
• Comfort operating through ambiguity, shifting priorities, and high expectations with transparency and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead a scalable People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned to business strategy and growth.
• Establish operating models, governance, service standards, and metrics across People Operations and Experience.
• Build enterprise-ready Talent Management, Learning & Development, succession, and capability-building practices.
• Champion a technology-forward operating model with automation, AI-enabled workflows, and data governance.
• Lead through senior functional leaders to develop enterprise-level People leaders.
• Partner with the CPO, HRBPs, IT, Finance, and Legal to connect People priorities to outcomes.
• Improve service delivery through streamlined processes and better knowledge management.
• Integrate employee listening, culture activation, and change communications into broader transformation.
• Elevate People analytics from reporting to actionable workforce insights.
