Job summary

ABC Fitness is seeking a Vice President, People Operations & Experience to scale our global People function across operations, employee experience, talent management, learning & development, and analytics. This leader will drive technology-enabled transformation, integrate AI, and partner with executives to align People priorities with business outcomes.

You'll lead senior functional leaders, shape scalable operating models, and strengthen the employee journey—focusing on manager enablement,

Qualifications

Significant progressive People/HR leadership experience across operations, employee experience, HR operations, or transformations.
Depth in Talent Management, Learning & Development, leadership development, succession planning, and capability building.
Experience with HR technology, people analytics, automation, digital transformation, or AI-enabled HR.
Ability to redesign operating models, simplify processes, and scale systems.
Ability to lead through senior functional leaders, define direction, and drive accountability.
Strong executive partnership skills linking People investments to outcomes.
Change leadership in a global, PE-backed, technology–driven environment.
Comfort operating in ambiguity and high expectations with transparency.

Responsibilities

Define and lead a scalable People Operations and Experience roadmap aligned to strategy.
Establish operating models, decision rights, service standards, governance, and success metrics.
Build Talent Management, Learning & Development, succession and leadership development practices.
Champion a technology-forward operating model with AI-enabled workflows and analytics.
Lead through senior functional leaders to grow into enterprise-level People leaders.
Partner with CPO, HRBPs, IT, Finance, and Legal to connect priorities to outcomes.
Strengthen service delivery through simplified processes and knowledge management.
Integrate employee listening, internal communications, culture activation, and change management.
Elevate People analytics from reporting to actionable insights for leadership decisions.
