Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands‑on, applied analytics experience in segmentation, modeling, digital analytics, measurement, or BI.
• Bachelor’s Degree required; Masters in IT Management or Business Analytics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead client analytics strategy and delivery of performance measurement, data science, and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to define marketing measurement and insights needs.
• Develop solutions using customers’ behavioral data to inform marketing strategy and campaign optimization.
• Design and oversee dashboards, reports, and data models; ensure timely, on‑budget delivery.
• Mentor junior analysts and build a high‑performing analytics team.
