Pylon is seeking its first dedicated People leader to help scale its operations and culture as we grow from 100+ to 500 employees. You will own key functions such as HR, recruiting, and performance management while collaborating directly with the founders.

This role is ideal for those looking to shape a new function from the ground up. The position comes with significant responsibilities, including managing payroll and onboarding, and requires a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience scaling People from 50 to 500 employees.
• Experience with performance and employee relations.
• Ability to manage HRIS and onboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own People Ops including payroll, benefits, and compliance.
• Act as Head of Recruiting and manage headcount planning.
• Define the People function from day one.
