Quantinuum is seeking a Lead Business Operations Data Engineer in a hybrid role, primarily based in Brooklyn Park, MN with possible CO/OR/NM locations. You will own data analytics for resource planning, capacity, and performance, building pipelines, models, and BI dashboards to enable leadership decisions.

The role supports SOX compliant reporting and cross‑functional collaboration. You’ll work with CPG teams and platform groups, translate raw data into trusted insights, and contribute to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree minimum.
• 8+ years owning data pipelines, data models, and executive reporting.
• Experience in analytics engineering, BI, or operational analytics.
• U.S. Person status and security requirements as described.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end data pipelines from operational systems to analytics-ready datasets.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data models.
• Deliver dashboards and datasets for leadership with clear narratives.
• Ensure data accuracy, lineage, documentation, and auditability.
