McKesson is seeking a People Analytics Director to serve as the strategic analytics partner to HR leadership, translating workforce priorities into executive-ready data and insights that inform decisions and drive measurable outcomes.

You will lead a high-performing analytics team, shape demand, frame business questions, and deliver analyses that guide actions affecting organizational health, growth, and patient impact. Hybrid work is offered near Irving, TX with some remote options.

Qualifications

Master’s or Bachelor’s degree as described plus years of experience as outlined in the requirements.
Experience in data analysis and reporting, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
Senior/leadership experience in people analytics is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and execute the strategic direction for people analytics across McKesson’s businesses and enterprise-wide functions.
Serve as strategic analytics partner to a business unit HR SVP and leadership team; translate complex people data into actionable insights.
Lead the evolution of analytics delivery toward proactive, AI-infused decision support and self-service analytics.
