Job summary

Apptronik is seeking a Principal People Analytics Specialist to build and lead our People Analytics function, turning workforce data into signals that guide talent and business decisions. You’ll set the analytics strategy, own data governance, and serve as the go-to advisor for senior leadership.

This builder role defines how the function operates today and scales next. You will partner with HR and IT to create a north-star KPI framework, dashboards, and trusted insights that shape org design,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in People Analytics or Workforce Analytics, including direct experience advising senior/executive leadership.
• Master’s degree preferred in Data Science, Statistics, I/O Psychology, or related field.
• Proven proficiency in SQL, BI tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker, and statistical/predictive modeling.
• Experience with Workday reporting and dashboarding.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the People Analytics function and multi-year roadmap.
• Define and govern the enterprise People data governance framework and data standards.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and standardized reporting processes for People decisions.
• Advise senior/executive leadership on org design, talent strategy, and workforce planning.
