Tranter is seeking an HR Advisor – People Analytics & Workforce Insights to partner with business leaders and transform workforce data into actionable recommendations. You will deliver accurate, business-focused reporting to support talent, compensation, engagement, retention, and organizational effectiveness.
You will analyze data, develop executive-ready insights, and collaborate with Finance to connect workforce metrics to performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, I/O Psychology, or related field.
- 5+ years HR experience with 3+ years in people analytics and reporting.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or engineering sectors preferred.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (BambooHR, Workday) and advanced MS Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred.
Responsabilités
- Support HR business partnering across workforce planning, compensation, and change initiatives.
- Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; develop executive-ready insights.
- Develop dashboards and reports; collaborate with Finance to link metrics to business performance.
- Improve HR data accuracy, privacy, and self-service reporting; drive continuous improvement.
- Lead employee engagement efforts and measure HR program effectiveness.
