Sheetz, a US-based retailer, is seeking a senior leader to design and manage a people analytics and intelligence strategy. You will lead analysis of HR data, collaborate with business leaders, and deploy insights to optimize labor and workforce planning.

This role allows remote work within PA, OH, MI, WV, VA, MD, NC. Responsibilities include shaping governance, coaching teams, automating data collection, and delivering dashboards and predictive insights to improve workforce decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in senior HR or Business Insight roles.
• Minimum 5 years leading a high-performing team.
• Minimum 3 years leading enterprise-wide analytics initiatives.
• Minimum 3 years with analytics and data visualization tools.

Responsibilities

• Design the structure, team, governance, and operating processes.
• Develop internal talent through coaching and reviews.
• Automate HR data collection, create visualizations, and tools.
• Prioritize analytics initiatives and requests.
• Serve as liaison between Business Insights and HR.
• Promote data-informed culture across HR via education.
• Design HR data architecture integrating multiple sources and models.
• Deliver accurate data, insights, dashboards covering employee life cycle.
• Ensure adoption of insights and measure business impact.
• Support strategic workforce planning using labor trends and external data.
• Align data tools and methodologies with BI and HR Tech.
