Job summary

Veradigm is seeking a senior engineering leader to head the software engineering organization reporting to the VP of Product Development. You will own design, delivery, and the operation of payer platform products, including value-based care and analytics, ensuring throughput, quality, and reliability.

You will partner with Product Management to translate priorities into executable plans, guide architecture, and manage staffing, budget, and talent development across multiple teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical/business experience required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years relevant work experience preferred.
• 7+ years of leadership experience including responsibility for organizational objectives and measurements.

Responsibilities

• Lead software engineering organization reporting to VP of Product Development.
• Own end-to-end delivery across the payer platform from planning through production support.
• Set engineering standards, metrics, and governance across the teams.
• Partner with Product Management to align market priorities with the roadmap.
