Initially an individual contributor, you will set priorities, validate insights from customers, and drive cross‑functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Client Services to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end care coordination product strategy across provider and payer segments, defining short-term and long-term roadmaps.
• Translate market trends and customer needs into a coherent product vision that differentiates Veradigm.
• Lead structured discovery programs to surface unmet needs and validate hypotheses before engineering.
• Define and communicate clear, outcome-driven product requirements and backlogs for engineering and design teams.
• Recruit, mentor, and grow a PM team while fostering a customer-centric, data-informed culture.
