Job summary

Veradigm Inc. seeks a senior engineering leader to guide the software engineering organization responsible for the payer platform, including value-based care, payer analytics, and encounter submissions.

You will oversee design, delivery, and production support, while driving AI-assisted engineering and platform architecture strategy. You will partner with Product Management to translate market needs into executable plans, manage cross-team risks, and ensure reliable, scalable solutions across

Qualifications

15+ years relevant work experience preferred.
10 years relevant industry, domain or functional experience required.
7+ years of relevant leadership experience including responsibility for organizational objectives and measurements.

Responsibilities

Lead a software engineering organization reporting to the VP of Product Development.
Own end-to-end delivery across the payer portfolio from planning through release and production support.
Migrate the legacy estate onto Veradigm's Health Network Architecture while maintaining customer commitments.
Establish engineering standards, process controls, and metrics; report progress and risks.
Partner with Product Management to align market and roadmap strategy; communicate trade-offs clearly.
