Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Patient Services/Access with 5+ in leadership in biotech/pharma.
• Experience with support programs, payer landscape, and data-driven ops.
• Strong leadership, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance Patient Services.
• Lead strategy and operations across all business units for Patient Services.
• Mentor and develop a diverse team of Patient Services professionals.
• Oversee Patient Services vendors and external partners.
• Create and implement reimbursement and access programs.
• Ensure compliant handling of patient data and maintain SOPs.
• Establish KPIs and drive continuous improvement via data insights.
• Manage budget and cross-functional alignment with senior leaders.
