Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive brand management/marketing and/or sales/operations experience.
• 3+ years of experience with patient support hubs, specialty pharmacies and/or healthcare institutions.
• Ability to collaborate on cross-functional teams.
• Anticipates problems and roadblocks to avoid crisis management.
• Proven track record of developing accurate short- and long-term business plans.
• Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical marketplace including legal, medical, regulatory and clinical processes.
• Ensures timely execution and follow-up; meets deadlines.
• Proficient in Windows/MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support development of patient solutions strategies to maximize access.
• Support design, implementation and ongoing management of patient programs.
• Partner with analytics to develop dashboards and interpret data on hub performance.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to design compliant patient support for inline/launching brands.
• Maintain SOPs, training, and reporting for US patient support operations.
• Negotiate contracts/SOWs and manage external partner performance with procurement.
