Job summary

Kyowa Kirin, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Global Project Management to lead cross-functional management for global clinical-stage programs. You will develop integrated plans, manage budgets and risk, and ensure governance and reporting across One Kyowa Kirin.

This role requires collaboration across global teams and external partners to drive program success. Ideal candidates hold a life science degree with PMP and Six Sigma credentials, 8+ years in pharma project management, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or related field; advanced degree preferred; PMP and Six Sigma preferred.
• Minimum eight years PM experience in pharma/biotech; global cross-functional roles preferred.
• Experience leading clinical-stage programs with governance support and matrix leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional PM activities for global clinical-stage programs, aligning strategy and execution.
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans with scope, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and opportunities with cross-functional mitigation plans.
• Manage budgets, resource forecasts, and change control processes.
• Coordinate governance, reporting, and documentation to ensure timely decisions.
• Provide coaching to project teams to strengthen PM capabilities.
