Kyowa Kirin North America seeks an Associate Director, Global Project Management to lead cross-functional activities for global clinical-stage drug development programs and provide project management support across One Kyowa Kirin. You will develop and execute integrated project plans, manage timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Eight plus years of project management experience in pharma/biotech life sciences.
• Five or more years managing cross-functional drug development projects in a global matrix.
• Experience leading clinical-stage development programs from planning to execution.
• Ability to manage integrated project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project management activities for global clinical-stage drug development programs.
• Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans with scope, timelines, milestones, and critical path.
• Drive risk management and governance, including mitigation and contingency planning.
• Manage project budgets, resource forecasts, and governance-driven changes.
• Facilitate communication, governance, and reporting of status, risks, and decisions.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrix environment without direct authority.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to support program execution.
• Drive continuous process improvements and share lessons learned across programs.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to project team members.
