Job summary

Kyowa Kirin North America seeks an Associate Director of Global Project Management to lead cross-functional, global clinical-stage drug development programs. You will develop integrated plans, manage timelines and budgets, anticipate risks, and drive governance across One Kyowa Kirin with external partners as needed.

The role requires strong PM principles, matrix leadership, and collaboration across multiple time zones, contributing to annual objectives and sustainable program delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• PMP and Six Sigma certifications are preferred.
• 8+ years in pharma/biotech project management with cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead global clinical-stage drug development programs, aligning strategy and execution.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Facilitate governance, reporting, and cross-functional decision-making.
• Coach and mentor team members to strengthen PM capabilities.
