Job summary

The CORE Institute | HOPCo seeks a senior leader to direct patient access, scheduling, and revenue cycle operations within its contact center. You will establish standards, drive process improvements, and ensure compliant, efficient pre-registration, verification, and authorization workflows.

In this role you will train and supervise staff, analyze performance data, and collaborate with physicians, management, payers, and patients to meet financial and service goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• Five years in hospital system environment with patient access and scheduling.
• Two to five years of management experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of patient access by establishing standards, systems and processes to meet financial goals.
• Oversee scheduling management including trending, root cause analysis, and action planning to meet targets.
• Develop and administer department policies to improve quality and quantity of work processed.
