Job summary

Enterprise Fleet Management is seeking a Product Manager I to drive product strategy, roadmaps, and cross‑functional collaboration across Finance, Tax, and IT teams. You will lead lifecycle activities from design to launch, partnering with stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant financial platforms.

The role is based in St. Louis with a hybrid schedule, requiring 8am–5pm business hours, and a focus on delivering high‑value solutions while improving customer and operational experiences.

Qualifications

• Must reside in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as Product Owner/Manager or equivalent.
• Proven ability to craft and deliver presentations to diverse audiences.
• Experience with enterprise financial, tax, or securitization products.
• Experience within Agile product delivery environments and backlog management.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer problems and align with business goals on a day-to-day basis.
• Define the problem, communicate vision and strategy to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to define and prioritize the product road map with cross-functional teams.
• Lead product development through planning, refinement, UAT, sprints and scrums.
• Manage implementation with internal teams and vendors within budget and timeline.
• Develop product line communications and drive engagement with stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance against KPIs and industry benchmarks.
• Coordinate with Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Finance, and IT for complex systems.
